Below is recap of our last event in 2022:
After a two-year hiatus due to COVID, our 9th annual client document shredding event held in May was attended by over 50 DWM clients and almost as many classic car enthusiasts.
We were able to recycle 2,634 pounds of paper, saving 22 trees, 4 cubic yards of landfill space, 14 barrels of oil, 9,219 gallons of water, almost 6,000 kilowatt hours of electricity and collected 43 pounds of canned goods/food for The Food Bank of Delaware.
Cumulatively through 2022 our annual client document shredding events (first event held in 2012) have recycled over 23,000 pounds of paper or the equivalent of saving more than 170 trees, 73,602 gallons of water, 81 barrels of oil, 45,700 kilowatt hours of electricity (enough to power the average American home for almost four years) and we've been able to donate over 725 lbs. of canned goods/food to The Food Bank of Delaware!
